Some personal trainers recommend others strongly are against. Well, a fact is a fact, and certain fat burners provide a way to lose weight fast, if complimented with a good diet program and exercise to maximize results! I have spoken with people who have chosen to take fat burners with Chair-A-Cise and have had amazing results. If someone decides to take them I strongly recommend not to take it long term because you do not want to associate them with your only way to weight loss.
