The #1 reason you will not lose weight in 2010.

The number #1 reason you will not lose weight in 2010 is the same reason you did not lose weight in 2009 or 2008.  As a personal trainer for over 7 years and from speaking with many of my fellow trainers it’s because people are just LAZY-plain and simple. Not willing to work very hard in their workouts or even harder on nutrition.  The more disciplined the better the results.

If your intensity level is a 5-7 and you workout 3 times a week and somewhat monitor your eating you will probably have the same body 3, 6 or even 12 months from now.  However if you are willing to dedicate 5-6 training days, up your intensity to a level 8-10 and are on an eating plan knowing what to eat and what amount then next year you can tell friends and family how to lose weight instead of reading this article.
