Holiday Fat Loss Tips Countdown

Remember less is more.  Of course everyone is exercising  to look great for the holiday gatherings and parties but don’t be the “too much person”.  You know the too many days and hours in the gym, to much cardio and strength training and to many crunches.  Too much working out leads to “too many” injuries, hurting joints, aches and pains. Better to do 3-4 quality 30-45 minute fat burning workouts  a week which will reduce chronic fatigue and overuse injuries and will provide more time for other things such as hobbies, relaxations, relationships and spiritual interest.
