This is a question which should be considered before you become pregnant. Planning ahead with a “prevention plan” is the most important thing you can do. In other words the number one way to prevent baby fat is to not get baby fat or at least as little as possible.

If you are considering becoming pregnant soon, today is the time to start eating healthy and to drop some weight because of course you will gain when you become pregnant.
