30 minVirtual/On-line Personal Training

Service Description

Consists of initial consultation (approx 20-30 minutes) to discuss long and short term fitness goals and how to remain committed. Weekly weekend consultation (15-20 minutes) to discuss eating/exercise strategies and potential roadblocks for the upcoming week. Mid-week consultation (15-20 minutes) to discuss beginning of week challenges and successes and strategies for remainder of week. Receive weekly motivational emails and videos. Email/phone access to me for quick motivation and encouragement .
