2. Facetime Personal Training and Accountability Package (1st session and consultation free for you to test it out)
*Use Facetime/Zoom or other platforms for real time live personal training. This allows you to see & hear me and me to see and hear you. Same interaction with me as if I were there personally. I will demonstrate the exercise and focus 100% of my attention on you assuring proper form and technique. I will make you a personalized program and give you the push to encourage and motivate you to reach your specific goal.

Includes Motivation and Accountability Tools
*Mid-week consultation to review beginning of week obstacles and successes and strategies for remainder of week.(10-15 minutes)

*Weekend consultation to discuss previous week obstacles and successes & prepare strategies for upcoming week. (10-15 minutes)

*Daily submission form- Very short 2 minute eating/exercise form you email me daily to review for accountability and suggestions.

*Weekly motivational email/text/videos-Throughout the week to keep you uplifted and encouraged you will receive early morning and/or evening email containing an inspiring video or word of encouragement.
